We Have a Kindergartener!

Well, it's official - and we have a backpack to prove it. We have a kindergartener! I can't believe Violet is going to start school in a few short weeks. Registering her was truly surreal. After we signed her up I went on a frenzied hunt to find the cutest backpack, and after showing her all of my finds she ended up choosing a $15 Sofia the First backpack from Target lol! Oh well, I had fun window shopping anyway. Here are a few of my personal favorites:

A Lovely Find

I'm currently head-over-heels in love with this adorable play table and chairs set from Oeuf. I certainly can't afford to spend over $200 on a chair for a little person, but there's got to be some sort of DIY inspiration here, am I right?!

A Girly Glamping Nursery

I came across this print on Pinterest and loved the campy look in the fresh blush, navy, and orange color palette. It inspired this girly camping (glamping?) themed space. Good riddance polar vortex, hello Spring! I saw some of the first crocuses poking up through the ground the other day and the sun made its debut this past weekend. It was still a little cold to go out, so I took Lucy and we basked in the light by the window for a good 15 minutes - Vitamin D, we missed you!

I came across a striking rug on Etsy that combined traditional kilim patterns with a fun color palette and thought it would be perfect for a brilliantly colorful nursery design!
