Recently, Janice wrote to me for help with her daughter's nursery:
Hi Lauren,
I'm designing a nursery for my daughter. She will be about one year old when she arrives form Korea. I have a room that has light beige (yuck) carpeting and we don't have it in the budget to replace right now. I'd like to paint the room Robin's Nest by Benjamin Moore. The crib is going to be in our bedroom - we have a wrought iron double bed and I purchased Zinnia bedding from Garnet Hill that we will use. I have no idea what to do for the four windows or for a rug. I'm going get a white Ektrop chair for the room and I have a cute bird throw that is warm citrus color.
Thanks!
Janice
The zinnia bedding is absolutely beautiful, Janice, and a great jumping off point for the space! Here's what I came up with:
I don't think you necessarily need a rug since you have carpet, but here are a few options that could work:
1. Dash & Albert
2. Dash & Albert
3. Dash & Albert
4. Overstock
Congratulations on your upcoming adoption!
