Hi Lauren,
I'm new to your blog and I'm absolutely hooked. Thank you so much for the inspiration. I write to you because I need some help with my kitchen, along with a few other rooms in my tiny Boston apartment. My husband and I are in desperate need of more storage and I've been storing odds and ends underneath our shelves in our kitchen. I would like to skirt off the eyesore that our storage has become. Can you please help me pick our fabric that would look nice in our kitchen for the skirt? I would also like to make roman shades or curtains for our windows so if you could suggest a second fabric that compliments the skirt fabric, that would be wonderful.
Any other suggestions (baskets for storage, rug, something to hang on the wall, etc.) to help spruce up our space would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance for your help!
Cody
Cody's kitchen had great neutral bones and just needed to add some function and fun. Here's what I came up with:
I also sent Cody a few inspiration photos. I thought a chalkboard backsplash and beadboard behind her shelving would be perfect for her space:
