Original Art by Kathryn O'Grady

After posting about my last featured artist, Robert Andriulli, I decided to check out the other artists currently exhibiting at the Steven Scott Gallery in Baltimore, Maryland. I absolutely fell in love with Kathryn O'Grady's extensive collection of original oil paintings:







These are just a few of the many I was lusting over. I am in love with her loose, feminine renderings of nature. The painterly mosaic style is right up my alley, and the vivid colors are definitely a feast for the eye.

I remember Professor Andriulli telling us, "The best painting is the one that you would want to take home and hang on your wall." In this case, it would be O'Grady's artwork, hands down.
